Metering rod-film transfer sizing machine is a special equipment for on-line sizing and coating of paper sheets. It is made up of two coating systems with metering devices, which provide sizing liquid evenly to the roll surface of sizing roll. The sizing amount can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure, glue concentration， groove size of measuring rod and speed of measuring rod. The sizing liquid layer is then transferred from the sizing roll to the running paper sheet and passed through the pressing area. The sizing machine can size both the front and the back of the paper evenly.
1. Sizing and coating uniform, paper two sides can be coated with different materials, coating volume independently adjustable. Single size: 0.5-3gsm
2. Coating amount of adjustment range and high precision control, banner coating amount is uniform.
3. Adapt to the speed of paper machine: 200 ~ 800m/min.
