Shandong Mingyuan Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.Founded in 2007, located in the Taierzhuang Economic Development Zone of Zaozhuang City, it is a domestic high-end equipment supplier with core competitiveness and a joint venture background between China and Germany in the production of calenders. It serves three major fields—core equipment for papermaking, non-woven fabrics, and specialty fibers, with main products including soft calenders, controllable medium and high-pressure calenders, non-impact high-frequency shaking netters, high-temperature hot rolling machines, intelligent online cleaning systems (for forming nets, felt, and dry nets), and film transfer gluing machines among other key units. The calender team has nearly 30 years of production and application experience, with a total application of over 1,000 calenders, serving hundreds of papermaking enterprises, familiar with calendering applications for various types of paper, and the controllable medium and high-pressure calender has reached an internationally advanced level. Products are exported to multiple countries including South Korea, Indonesia, Myanmar, India, Vietnam, Iraq, and Russia.
Mingyuan has two foreign expert consultants and collaborates with universities such as Beijing Institute of Technology, Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, and Northeast University to establish a provincial-level R&D center. It is a national high-tech enterprise, one of the top ten enterprises in the Chinese papermaking machinery industry, and recognized as one of the 83 "Provincial Advanced Small and Medium Enterprises" by the Shandong Provincial People's Government in 2013. In recent years, it has been awarded the national specialized and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise, Shandong Province's manufacturing industry single champion enterprise, and Shandong Province's technology innovation demonstration enterprise. Its products have won the third prize in science and technology from the China Light Industry Federation and other awards, and it holds numerous national invention patents, PCT patents, and software copyrights.
In 2013, Mingyuan jointly invested with Germany's BesTech UG to establish a Sino-German joint venture—Premier (Changzhou) Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in Changzhou, Jiangsu, leveraging advanced German papermaking machinery technology to engage in the production and sales of controllable medium and high-pressure calenders. Premier will leverage its geographical advantages to continuously contribute to bilateral development.
